The Heart of Christmas - Week 6



We're up to Week 6 in our Heart of Christmas series of inspirational cards and creations.
I hope you have been enjoying seeing our blog posts each week and will continue to join us as we post right through til the end of November.

This week I have made a very quick and simple card, using probably my most favourite colour in the whole range of gorgeous Stampin' Up! colours - Crumb Cake.

I love this combination of Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper with a hint of Cherry Cobbler,
and the fine brush tip on our Wink of Stella pen allows you to add sparkle to the smallest of places, in this instance, I have used it on the ribbon of the Christmas presents.

You can see in this photo just where the sparkle is. The little present stamp is from the 'Birthday Delivery' stamp set and the greeting is from 'Santa's Sleigh'.

Isn't the Double Stitched Ribbon in Cherry Cobbler simply gorgeous???!!!
It matches perfectly with the greeting stamped in Cherry Cobbler and a second generation stamping of the present in Crumb Cake, all layered onto another of my favourite Stampin' Up! products - Stitched Shapes and Layering Ovals Framelits.

    Such a great colour combo (says the fellow crumb cake addict)! I love simple cards like this that are so easy to mass produce when you need to send a lot out at Christmas time.
