Hello everyone and welcome to Week 51 of our Colour Creations blog hop with the Art with Heart team.
Our featured colour this week is Rococo Rose. It's one of the 2019-2021 Stampin' Up! In Colours.
Rococo Rose is a lovely dusty pink, and I think I love it already!
Here is my project for tonight.
Can you believe that the only Rococo Rose element on this card is cardstock?!
That's all I had, but I think it goes perfectly with this lovely pattern of Designer Series Paper called Bird Ballad.
I ran the piece of DSP through the Subtle 3D embossing folder. This is still one of my favourite embossing folders, I just love the texture of it, and then stuck that onto a piece of the Rococo Rose cardstock. Onto another piece of Rococo Rose cardstock, I heat embossed in white, a sentiment from the First Frost stamp set and die cut with a Stitched Rectangle die. Adding a Gingham Gala sequin and a pearl to the centre of it.
This was a really quick and simple card to make, and I loved using this gorgeous new In Colour for the first time.
