Hello and welcome everyone to Week 4 of the Colour Creations blog hop from members of the Art with Heart team.
Tonight we are showcasing the 4th of the 2023-2025 Stampin' Up! In Colours - Pebbled Path.
My masculine birthday card features ink blending using post-it notes and our small Blending Brushes.
The sandy shore is Pebbled Path, the sea and part of the sky is Boho Blue with the remainder coloured in Bubble Bath and Petal Pink ink using the torn strip of post-it note and a set of the small Blending Brushes.
I have used a mix of products on my card and that is something I absolutely love about Stampin' Up! This goes with that!
I'll share a full list of the products I used in thumbnail images below this post.
Thank you so much for stopping by on your way through our blog hop tonight.
You'll be visiting the lovely host of this blog hop next, Catherine Proctor.
If you happen to find a broken link, a complete list of all tonight's participants can be found on Catherine's blog.
Stay safe and well everyone. See you all again soon.

I really love Boho Blue with Pebbled Path, and you have used these colours so well, Caroline! I love how the white space on the card shows off the lovely muted colours. Great work with the ink blended background, and embossing on the sailboat - lovely details.
ReplyDeleteYour card is so beautiful. The softer versions of the colours are perfection as your inked background.
ReplyDeleteCaroline your blended background is wonderful! I love the way you've framed the scene with the Countryside Corners, embossed the boat and shown the softer side of this moody brown.
ReplyDeleteCaroline I love the graduated blending technique especially using the subtle colours, I wasn’t sure if the faux sea glass is still available but an excellent addition to your card.
ReplyDeleteLovely serene card Caroline, beautiful way to use the soft shades of these colours
ReplyDeleteAwesome card, Caroline. I saw Gail's technique too and want to try it. I just love the softness of the blending that you have created, it is stunning and so perfectly exocuted. The sailboat with vellum circle is wonderful too!
ReplyDeleteOh so gorgeous Caroline. Your sea scene is so peaceful. I love the blended background with the range of colours. Blending over a torn Post It Note gives beautiful effect. A lovely little boat sits the scene beautifully. x
ReplyDeleteThe blended background is very effective, and yet so delicate too. Great way to provide a nautical background.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful background you have created for you sailboat! It is so lovely! I am going to have to try this background technique! A Gorgeous card!
