Hi everyone.
Welcome to Week 12 of the Heart of Christmas brought to you by the Art with Heart team.
I set myself a challenge last week for our Heart of Christmas, and that was to create the same size card each week for the remaining weeks of this fun and festive team blog hop. These cards are 4 1/8" square and I am having so much fun coming up with a different design each week.
So, without further ado, here is tonight's card.
Joyous Noel was the DSP I chose to use on my card, I love the gorgeous copper accents and patterns in this pretty paper. I've teamed it with Merry Merlot cardstock and Copper Foil. The stitched dsp square is the reverse pattern to the larger matted piece that I ran through the Subtle TIEF. And how could you not notice the beautiful copper snowflake element, these as well as some copper stars are part of the Joyous Noel Suite.
The copper embossed sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set. This set has perfectly sized sentiments for smaller creations and for every occasion and celebration throughout the year. I punched it out with the Classic Label punch and then just trimmed it to fit onto the full sized label of copper foil. Final touches of embellishment are a couple of clear rhinestones that I coloured with our bronze stampin' blend marker and a sweet bow made from the Very Vanilla and copper ribbon out of the Tea Room ribbon pack.
