AWH Colour Creations - Week 30 - Mint Macaron

Hi everyone!
I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year break with your families and friends.

The Art with Heart team are back and ready to start off the new stamping year with tonight's Colour Creations blog hop.
Our featured colour is Mint Macaron.

This is a returning Stampin' Up! colour and has joined the Subtles Family.

Mint Macaron 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper - Subtles Collection

Tonight I'm sharing a gift set that I made some time ago. It was actually for a class project, but I changed my mind and we made something else that day. I already had the box and bag made, so all I needed to make for tonight's hop was the matching note card.

The beautiful paper is one of the patterns from the Share What You Love Designer Series Paper pack and one of the colours in that pack is Mint Macaron.

The bag is based on a design by Linda Parker, a UK demonstrator. It's a really sweet little bag, and I love making different sizes using the basic design of Linda's bag.

This little reinforced square box, would be perfect to hold a lovely piece of jewellery or some small trinket.

The 3" square note card fits nicely inside our Whisper White 3" x 3" envelopes.
The flower stamp is from the Love What You Do stamp set and the sentiments on each of the projects is from Petal Palette.
I added a touch of sparkle to the flower petals with the Wink of Stella glitter brush.
Other embellishments I used are, a bow made from the 5/8" white polka dot tulle ribbon and pearls from the Share What You Love Artisan Pearls.

This really makes a lovely little gift set.

Thanks for stopping by tonight. It's time to hop over to Catherine's blog to see what she and the other team members have created with Mint Macaron.

See you back here again next Tuesday for some Mossy Meadow projects from the AWH team.

If you're leaving a comment below, thank you so much.
I read and appreciate them all. 😘

Until next time,
Stay happy & stay crafty! 💗
