Heart of Christmas - Week 5

Hello and welcome to Week 5 of the Heart of Christmas from the Art with Heart Team.

This week I've played with the Tidings & Trimmings Bundle.

When is too much bling, "too much bling" and, too many stars, "too many stars"?
Possibly when you start playing with the Tidings & Trimmings Bundle and the gorgeous Be Dazzling 6" x 6" Specialty Paper that's FREE with a $90 product purchase from Stampin' Up! during Sale-a-bration!

Sale-a-bration starts tomorrow, August 3rd, in conjunction with the start of our July-December Mini Catalogue. It's all very exciting!

And back to my card.....

Who doesn't love decorating with stars at Christmas time!
I'm glad that I didn't hesitate any longer in getting this beautiful festive bundle from the Annual Catalogue because, it has it all. Stars and stockings, a bow and holly, and beautiful Christmas time sentiments.

I've combined Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent and touches of Real Red for a traditional colour combo on my card.

I used two embossing folders for added texture. Tasteful Textile 3D for the Basic White panel and Painted Texture 3D for the Evening Evergreen solid star. I've also used every star element from the Christmas Trimmings Dies. And just for interest, I used the narrow rectangle die from the All Dressed Up die set, and cut from one of the 2021-2023 In Colour Soft Succulent patterns of 6" x 6" DSP.
The sentiment was stamped in Real Red and cut with a die from the Stitched Rectangles set.

The inside of the card got the star treatment too!

There's lots of sparkle and twinkle with the addition of In Colour rhinestones, Faceted gems and a touch of Wink of Stella on the holly berries.

There'll be a list of the products I've used on my card below this blog post.

That's it from me tonight everyone, thanks for stopping by.
I'm really excited to see the rest of the team's festive projects. You can see them too by simply clicking on the 'next blog' button at the end of each blog post.

The very talented, Rachel Woollard is up next.
She's also this weeks host for the Heart of Christmas.

If you find a broken link, the list of all tonight's participants can be found on Rachel's blog.

Stay safe and well. See you all again soon. 🌼
