Heart of Christmas - Week 22

Hello and welcome. It's Week 22 and our final Heart of Christmas for 2021.

I thought I'd finish with another 3D project. I CASE'd this idea from a YouTube video by Intatwyne Designs.

Made from a 12" x 12" piece of card stock, these half cracker boxes hold quite a lot of Christmas goodies. From nuts to chocolates and of course the traditional socks & undies, the list is endless. And with so many beautiful Stampin' Up! festive DSP's you can decorate to suit anyone and everyone. Even the fur baby of the family doesn't have to miss out. The Sweet Stockings DSP in the July-December Mini Catalogue, is perfect for decorating a new chew toy or some yummy treats!

I've used products from the Tidings of Christmas Suite to decorate this cracker. You'll find it in the Annual Catalogue on pages 88-89. The colours in the Designer Series Paper are gorgeous, from the traditional red and greens to a touch of Sahara Sand and Misty Moonlight. Some of the patterns could be used for any occasion, not just Christmas, so it's a very versatile pack.

I used Cherry Cobbler, Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent inks on my Tailor Made Tags tag, and gold twine to tie it onto the soft and wispy bows of Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent In Colour ribbon. In the centre of the star I placed a Cherry Cobbler holiday rhinestone.

The joy of giving a gift at Christmas is a wonderful feeling and just that bit more special when you have handmade the packaging yourself.

Here are a couple more crackers showing some other patterns of DSP.
See below for a list of all the Stampin' Up! products I used to create tonight's project.

Have a very Merry 2021 Christmas everyone and a happy, healthy and safe New Year.

For the last time this year, lets go see the rest of the teams festive creations for the Heart of Christmas.

Our next creative and talented team member is, Kathryn Mangelsdorf.

Our host for tonight is the lovely, Tina Gillespie. Tina will have the list of all tonight's participants, if there are any issues with linking to the next blog.

✂ I couldn't leave without saying a huge thank you to Tina, Sharon and Rachel for hosting this years Heart of Christmas blog hop. So - thank you all so much ladies, you're appreciated. xx

Stay safe and well. See you all again soon. 🎅🎄
